How do you build your Titan from the inside?
That’s quite a lot of parts. So here is the step-by-step sequence.
Acacia charcoal for powerful and long-lasting BBQ sessions
The powerful all-rounder for every BBQ session
Acacia Charcoal is a natural blend of acacia and eucalyptus sourced from South Africa. This restaurant-quality charcoal combines quick ignition with powerful heat and a long, even burn time.
This means you don't have to choose between hot & fast and low & slow. Use the same charcoal for searing steaks, baking pizzas, or cooking dishes that take several hours.
Why is Acacia so versatile?
Acacia and eucalyptus combine to form a powerful blend that ignites easily and responds well to the airflow control of a kamado or barbecue. With sufficient oxygen, the temperature rises quickly, while the charcoal continues to burn steadily and for a long time with limited airflow.
This makes Acacia suitable for both spontaneous grilling sessions and extended cooks where stability and burn time are important.
Powerful heat for hot & fast
Want to sear steaks, grill hamburgers, or bake pizzas? Acacia can reach the high temperatures needed for powerful grilling, a beautiful crust, and a crispy result.
Open the air vents fully and give the charcoal sufficient oxygen. The temperature rises quickly, so you'll be ready to cook at high heat in no time.
Acacia is suitable for, among other things:
- Steaks and ribeye
- Hamburgers
- Fish cooked at high temperature
- Grilled vegetables
- Pizza and bread
- Direct grilling and searing
Stable during long low & slow sessions
Despite its quick ignition, Acacia also burns for a long time and evenly. This means you can use this charcoal for dishes that need to cook for several hours at a low temperature.
Use Acacia, for example, for:
- Pulled pork
- Brisket
- Spareribs
- Pork neck and pork shoulder
- Whole chicken
- Slow-cooked vegetables
For a gentle low & slow cook, light only one section of the charcoal. The fire will then gradually spread through the filled firebox.
Little smoke and a neutral flavor
Acacia Charcoal produces little smoke and has a neutral flavor profile. This allows the natural flavors of meat, fish, and vegetables to remain at the forefront.
The clean burn also makes this charcoal an excellent base for smoking wood. Add your own smoking wood for kamado and barbecue when you want to give your dish a fruity, spicy, or powerful smoky aroma.
Low ash content and good airflow
